The Peace Day Youth Assembly is an annual gathering that brings together youth, innovators, and changemakers from the Nordic region in connection with the UN’s International Day of Peace. This year we invite you to join our Quantum Camp on Youth Island and become a co-creator of a future that works for all.

Reimagining
The Future
As global tensions rise and democracy faces mounting challenges, Peace Camp 2025 calls for a renewed commitment to dialogue and action. Our mission is to inspire critical reflection, open debate, and bold visions for a future where technology and harmony with nature thrive together.
At the heart of this initiative is Youth Island, a former sea fortress strategically located where the Baltic Sea and the North Sea meet, just a short sail from the UN City.
From September 19-21, the island will be transformed into a hub for exploration, collaboration, and artistic expression. Participants will take a deep dive into the fascinating world of Quantum Science and discover how AI and emerging technologies can help shape a future that works for all of humanity and all of life.
Everyone is welcome—regardless of age, gender, race, or cultural background. Together, we can reimagine the future and create a new reality.

Youth Island is an old naval fortress built in 1890 for the defense of Copenhagen City. During the Cold War, the fortress was armed with anti-aircraft missiles. Today, it serves as a unique platform where young people from all kinds of communities and youth cultures come together to create and share ideas and activities.
